Chefs criticised over saturated fat (Channel 4)
Celebrity chefs including Gordon Ramsay, Rick Stein and Nigella Lawson have been criticised for serving up dishes high in saturated fat. A report by The Fat Panel - made up of dietary experts - found many cookbooks encouraged unhealthy eating.
