Drawing in the restaurant kitchens

This week's drawing class spent the morning in the kitchens of a fabulous restaurant in the heart of the City, right next to the Bank of England, called 1 Lombard Street. The patron chef, Helmut Berger was kind enough to let a dozen of us draw while the kitchens prepared for the lunchtime rush - an extraordinary experience, like watching a very drawn-out orchestral performance (and not at all like Gordon F---in' Ramsay's).
